• SookCiety by BNH focuses on holistic health in three main aspects: brain, body, and mind (3M). Based on the 3M concept: Memory – sharpen the mind and enhance memory; Mental – uplift the spirit; Mobility – strengthen the body and improve movement. SookCiety: BNH Healthy Silver Age Community provides care by specialists from the BOOCS Brain Centre (BRAIN ORIENTED ONESELF CARE SYSTEM), applying Japanese brain care science to relieve brain fatigue, restore brain cell efficiency, teach stress-relief techniques, and prevent Alzheimer’s disease, as well as manage Alzheimer’s treatment.   3M Day Care Package includes the following:

  1. Brain and physical training activities (DAY CARE) – 3 hours every Thursday, 13:30–16:30

  2. Brain stimulation activities such as memory, concentration, perception, vocabulary recall, and social engagement. Therapeutic and recreational activities for relaxation, guided by specialists.

  Before the programme
  

  Participants must undergo brain, body, and mental health assessments before joining the Day Care activities.

  Appointment

  Please make an appointment with BOOCS@BNH (at least 3 days in advance)

  • Appointments for Day Care activities can be made at the BOOCS department after completing brain and mental assessments.

  After the programme

  Terms & Conditions:

  1. Day Care activities include group brain and physical exercises, 3 hours every Thursday, 13:30–16:30. One accompanying person is allowed. Please book in advance at the Brain and Neurology Centre, 4th floor.
  • Participants must be able to take care of themselves, with one companion allowed.
  • Participants must have brain assessment results within the required range.
  • If brain and physical assessments are outside the required range, activities will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Day Care activities are provided in Thai only.
  2. This package includes BOOCS counsellor fees and hospital service charges.
  3. Excludes other tests or services not specified in the package.
  4. Not recommended for elderly individuals who cannot take care of themselves.
