3M Screening
- Cognitive Assessment for dementia and Mental State Examination by specialists from BOOCS@BNH (Brain Care Center from Japan).
- Introducing brain exercises – A Personalised brain-training activity with brain-training device*: 1 set
- Physical examination by physical therapist
- NeuroMuscular Rehabilitation, fitness assessment and balance test with the Huber 360.
- Health check-ups by specialist with experience in elderly care.
3M Day Care*
- Brain stimulation and mental relaxation activities by experts from various fields .
- Individual exercises and personalised exercises plan by a physical therapist
- 1 set of healthy meal
- Service available on Thursday at 1:30 PM. – 4:30 PM.

- Free!* Access to SookCiety Application, a fun brain-training game which enhances 6 important brain skills and shows the results after each game. You can also choose the level of difficulty that’s right for you. Suitable for all ages: 1 user (Android OS only). Valid for 3 months*.

- Those who are interested in screening and taking care of their physical health in 3 areas: Memory, Mind and Mobility, and who want to have a holistic health examination by a doctor with experience in geriatric care, to screen for potential health problems in the future..
- Those who have memory concerns or want to assess their dementia risk.
- Those who want to check their balance, risk of falls, and proper exercise for each individual.
- Those who want to train their brain and perform brain-relaxing activities.
- Those who want to join the “Sookciety Silver Age Community” to receive many privileges.
Condition
Day Care* activities comprise brain-boosting and recreational activities, physical exercises, and personalised exercises.
Free! 1 snack. Open every Thursday from 1:30-4:30 pm. (you can make an appointment at the BOOCS Department after your Memory and Mental Assessment Service).* Available in the Thai language only.
- Doctor selection is not available.
- This package includes doctor fees and hospital service fees.
- This package does not include service fees for other examinations other than those specified in the package.
- This package is not recommended for seniors who cannot care for themselves.
