ราคาพิเศษนี้ ขอสงวนสิทธิเฉพาะผู้ที่ซื้อผ่านระบบออนไลน์ และทำนัดล่วงหน้า 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้ารับบริการเท่านั้น (กรุณางดน้ำและอาหาร ก่อนรับการตรวจ 10-12 ชั่วโมง (จิบน้ำเปล่าได้เล็กน้อย) และงดเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์อย่างน้อย 72 ชั่วโมง)
This special price is reserved only for those who purchase online and make an appointment in advance (before arriving for the service at least 24 hours).
Please do not consume any food and drink for 10-12 hours (except sips of water), as well as alcoholic beverages for 72 hours before the test.
เมื่อทำนัดผ่านระบบเรียบร้อยแล้ว ท่านสามารถเข้ารับบริการตามวันเวลาที่นัดไว้ที่แผนก ER ชั้น 1 โดยแสดงหลักฐานการชำระเงินให้เจ้าหน้าที่ หลังจากที่รับบริการเรียบร้อยแล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่จะทำนัดให้ท่านพบแพทย์ในภายหลังผ่านช่องทาง VDO Call หรือ Telephone Consultation หลังจากที่ผลตรวจออกแล้ว
Please contact the ER department on the 1st floor in zone A on your appointment date and time. Then show your package order to our staff to receive the service. Once the physical check-up is finished, our staff will schedule your next appointment for teleconsultations with the doctors, at your convenient date and time.
