Dengue Vaccination: Dengue vaccination is one way to prevent dengue fever. The vaccine helps the body’s immune system build immunity to the virus. The new dengue vaccine includes:
Dengue Vaccine – Who Should Get Vaccinated:
Individuals aged between 4 and 60 years at the time of the first vaccination.
People living in areas with active dengue outbreaks.
People traveling to areas with dengue outbreaks.
It is recommended for individuals who have had dengue fever before, to prevent more severe infections in the future.
Dengue Vaccine – Side Effects:
This vaccine is safe. The side effects from the dengue vaccine are usually mild and temporary, such as pain or swelling at the injection site, mild fever, or fatigue. These symptoms typically resolve within one or two days.
Dengue Vaccine – Precautions:
Avoid administering this vaccine to pregnant women or those who are breastfeeding.
For those who have recovered from dengue fever, it is recommended to wait at least 6 months before receiving the vaccine, as immunity to the disease gradually decreases over time. Receiving the vaccine when immunity is still high may reduce its effectiveness.
It is a new generation vaccine.
Only 2 doses required (3 months apart).
Can be administered to individuals aged 4 – 60 years.
Can be administered even if you have never had dengue fever.
Prevents infection from all 4 dengue virus strains with up to 80.2% effectiveness.
Reduces hospitalization rates and the severity of the disease by up to 90.4%.

This vaccine is suitable for individuals aged 4 – 60 years.
Package price is for adults aged 15 years and older.
For children under 15 years, please contact the pediatric department for pricing information.
A consultation with a doctor is required before vaccination.
Please make an appointment in advance to receive the service.
This package includes the cost of 2 doses of the dengue vaccine.
For individuals aged 4 – 15 years, the package includes hospital service fees (excluding doctor’s fees).
For individuals aged 15 and above, the package includes both doctor’s fees and hospital service fees.
This package cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Service hours are from 07:00 AM – 08:00 PM at BNH Hospital only.

For individuals aged 15 years and above, please visit the Internal Medicine Department on the 4th floor or call 02 022 0700 ext. 4421 – 4423.
The service is available from today until December 31, 2025.
