Annual eye exams are recommended to detect issues early and help prevent long-term vision problems.

Examination Lists

• VA: Vision Clarity Test
• Auto RF: Refraction (Nearsighted / Farsighted / Astigmatism)
• Color Vision: Color Blindness Screening
• 3D Vision: Depth Perception Test
• EOM: Eye Movement & Coordination
• Slit Lamp: Comprehensive Eye Structure Exam

Suitable For：

Children aged 4–14 years old.

Annual screening is recommended at least once per year.

Remarks:

• Package include doctor’s fees, medical supplies, and hospital service charges.
• Additional treatment outside the package will be charged separately.
• The package is transferable.
• Service is available at the Eye Centre, 2nd Floor, Zone A, BNH Hospital.
