Terms and Conditions 

1. All packages are inclusive of doctor’s fee, medical supplies, and hospital and nursing services fee.
2. Expenses for additional consultation, investigation, or treatment other than the package are not included.

Preparation Before the Health Check-up

• Blood testing for sugar and cholesterol level Please do not consume any food and drink including snacks, candies, and chewing gum for 10-12 hours (except sips of water), and do not consume any alcoholic beverages for 72 hours before the test.

Preparation Before a Pelvic Examination

1. It is recommended to undergo the examination at least 3 days after your period has ended.
2. Before the examination, you should not douche or use vaginal suppositories for at least 2 days.
3. Avoid sexual intercourse for at least 1 day before the examination.
4. Please empty your bladder before the examination.
5. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Preparation Before a Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound 

1. The ideal time for a mammogram is typically 7-14 days after your period has ended.
2. For a mammogram, do not apply lotion, talcum powder, or deodorants/antiperspirants (including sprays) to your chest or underarm areas. These products can contain substances that may appear as abnormal calcifications on a mammogram, leading to misdiagnosis.
3. If you are pregnant or suspect you might be pregnant, please inform the staff beforehand. Mammograms should generally be avoided during pregnancy; only an ultrasound will be performed in such cases.
